varietal is washed and prepared delicately to allow its tea-like body and sweetness to stand out. Roasted specifically for espresso, this coffee shows depth and balance in the
cup that reward both milk-forward and straight espresso preparations. This cup reminds us of the warm profile of toasted hojicha, cacao nibs, and a crunchy Fuji apple. It's a little earthy, but it blends well with the sweet fruity notes to create an espresso that’s both familiar and
